Team KMOC Challenge 2017

Will You Take The Team KMOC Challenge?

Reaching out to the community with “The Message of Christ” is foundational to everything we do here at KMOC, whether through our programming which we air 24 hours a day, or through personal interaction when we take part in community events.

Each year here at KMOC we get involved in one of the biggest events in Texoma …The HHH! This year we have 30 members on ‘Team KMOC’. This year we have the potential to ride a combined 3000 miles! More realistically the total will be closer to 1500 since some of us will be riding the full 100 miles, some the 100K & on down to the 25 mile route.

I am asking you to make a per mile pledge for every mile ridden by a ‘Team KMOC’ cyclist!

Every penny raised helps insure the Message of Jesus Christ and news of His church continues to be broadcast across Texoma through locally owned and operated KMOC!

A penny a mile adds up to $15.00 based on the 1500 mile figure. 10¢ a mile would be $150.00. $1 dollar a mile would be $1,500.00, and so on. We will tally up all the pledges and come up with a ‘Dollars Per Mile’ (DPM) figure that will not only be motivation for ‘Team KMOC’ during the ride, it will also help ease our ‘Summer Slump’ in funding. Here are just a few ways KMOC’s listeners have supported what God is doing to change lives. Within the past year, our listeners have…

  • Supported over 250 Texoma children of parents in prison through Angel Tree
  • Supplied all the backpacks and school supplies for the Headstart & Pre-K children for the Project Back To School Roundup for WFISD
  • Sponsored 15 children and 26 water filters through Compassion International
  • Provided newborn baby items such as diapers & wipes to 3 local Pro-Life Ministries on the front lines of the battle for the sanctity of life

You are the fuel behind community service projects like these when you support KMOC.
